The first topic we’ll cover is Search Engine Optimization

SEO that works

If you are just beginning on the Internet then you have probably heard of Search Engine Optimization. If you are not familiar with what Search Engine Optimization is all about, then allow me to explain briefly. SEO, or Search Engine Optimization, is the process of adding content to your website that has the opportunity to increase your website’s ranking with search engines and their readers. It is also the process by which you make sure that your website has a high degree of credibility. This is a very important part of Search Engine Optimization because if a website does not rank well with search engines they won’t bring in any traffic. In this article I will cover both of these topics briefly.

Part 1: Finding targeted keywords. There are a number of different ways that you can find high quality keywords. One way is to pay for them, another way is to simply use free keyword tools. Keep in mind that keywords do not always equate to ranking.

You should first start with finding targeted keywords. This is something that will work in many cases but it isn’t always going to work out. If you are building a website to sell books then the keywords you choose will have to be relevant to books. You also need to ensure that they have a low competition rate. The last thing you want to do is buy keywords that have been used more than once in a single month.

After you have found some keywords that you feel may be good matches for your business, you then need to build a Pay-Per-Click advertisement using those keywords. Search Engine Optimization Part 2: Creating and Running the Pay-Per-Click ads Once you have found some keywords that you feel may be good matches for your business you then need to build a Pay-Per-Click ad using those keywords. Search Engine Optimization Part 3: Listing Your PPC ads As part of your online marketing strategy you then list these ads in search engines. It is at this point that you need to make sure you have high quality PPC ads that will bring you traffic.

Some people believe that there are negative effects from paying for a PPC ad, but those are actually false. In most cases, when you pay for PPC clicks you are charged based on how many times that ad is shown. In some instances you can also choose to have a minimum number of clicks before you are charged, which makes the experience less frustrating. Finally, the more traffic you can bring in the more successful your business will be.

Search Engine Optimization Part 4: Affiliate Marketing

When you create an online marketing campaign using PPC ads you should consider building an affiliate program. If you have done your SEO correctly then you will already have an established brand name or at least you should be able to get one off the ground. When you join an affiliate program you can use the PPC ads to drive traffic to your website and earn commissions. In most cases you can expect to earn between one and five percent commission depending on how much traffic you are able to send to the affiliate site. There is one thing you need to keep in mind, the more traffic you are able to send the higher your chances of making more money from the affiliate program.

Search Engine Optimization Part 5: Search Engine Optimization and PPC Ads

Once you have built your keyword lists and you have chosen the keywords you want to use in your ads you must then begin to work on creating the content for the advertisements. The content does not have to be anything complicated, it can just consist of a few sentences about your product or service, your website address, and a catchy title or two. You should always work together with your PPC copywriter and you keyword list so that both of you are working together to achieve the ultimate goal of your campaign.

The AdWords strategy works once you learn how to set it up properly and you can expect to earn money quickly through your AdWords campaign. First you will get a modest payment for the clicks associated with the campaign. You will then earn money based on the number of actual clicks on those clicks, which will also include the number of impressions that those clicks generated, and finally the CPM (cost per thousand impressions) that each ad earned.

  • If you want to maximize your AdWords earnings you will want to create unique ads that will attract visitors from your niche and those ads will be designed around keywords that will bring traffic specifically to your website.
  • The more unique ads you have the higher your click through rates will be which will translate directly into higher pay checks.
  • Using Google AdWords successfully will take time and you will have to constantly tweak your ads to ensure that they are successful.
